Health & Wellbeing
The preamble of the World Health Organization (WHO) defines:
Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
We often unconsciously ignore this principle in our daily lives and pay the price many years later with our bodies' feedback about diabetes, cardiovascular problems, back pain, etc.
Steve Jobs (56) died on October 5, 2011, as a tech billionaire with a fortune of approximately $7 billion from pancreatic cancer
and here are some of his last words...
'In other people's eyes, my life is the essence of success, but apart from work, I have little joy. And in the end, wealth is just a fact of life that I'm used to.'

"At this moment, lying in bed, sick, remembering my entire life, I realize that all the recognition and wealth I have are meaningless in the face of impending death. You can hire someone to drive your car, earn money for you—but you can't hire someone to bear the illness for you. Material things can be found, but there is one thing you can't find if it's lost - LIFE."
"Treat yourself well and appreciate others. As we get older, we become wiser, and we slowly realize that the watch is worth €30 and the watch is worth €300 - both of which show this at the same time. Whether we carry a handbag worth €45 or €450, the amount of money in our wallets is the same. Whether we drive a car worth €150,000 or a car worth €30,000, the road and distance are the same, we reach the same destination. If we drink a bottle of wine worth €300 or €10, the "high" afterwards will be the same. And whether the house we live in is 300 square meters or 3000 square meters, the loneliness is the same."
"Your true inner happiness doesn't come from the material things of this world. Whether you fly first class or economy, if the plane crashes, you crash with it."
Five pieces of advice from me:
- Don't raise your children to be rich. Raise them to be happy. When they eventually grow up, they will recognize the value of things, not the price.
- Eat your food as medicine, or you will have to eat your medicine as food.
- Whoever loves you will never leave you, even if they have 100 reasons to give up; they will always find a reason to persevere.
- There's a big difference between being human and being human.
- If you want to go fast, go alone. But if you want to go far, go together!
"And finally, the six best doctors in the world:"
- Sunlight
- Rest
- Exercise
- Healthy Food
- Trust
- Friends
Keep them in all stages of life and enjoy a healthy life. Whatever stage of life we are in, in time, we will face the day when the curtain comes down. Appreciate your family, your spouse, your friends... and treat them well.
